Layout
The entrance is at the front behind the large original storehouse doors. These doors can be completely open, creating a small loggia with space to sit. If necessary, bicycles can also be parked here.
Upon entering, you step straight into the lounge area. Immediately to the right of the entrance is a beautifully built-in wardrobe. On the elongated intermediate piece between the living and dining area is the luxury kitchen with various built-in appliances from Siemens such as a fridge/freezer combination, combi oven, induction hob and dishwasher. The apartment is located at a unique location in the center of the historic city of Haarlem at the foot of the beautiful Bakenesserkerk. The Valkestraat is an idyllic and quiet street between the Bakenessergracht and the Spaarne.
At 5 minutes walking distance you will find the Grote Markt with many cosy places to eat and drink in and around the Grote Markt. There are also nice shopping streets nearby such as the Barteljorisstraat and the Grote Houtstraat.
In addition, the center of Haarlem has much to offer in terms of culture. There are museums (including Teylers and the Frans Hals museum), cinemas, concert halls (Patronaat and the Philharmonie), a City theater and last but not least the beautiful cinema and theater "De Schuur".
Accessibility and parking

In 3 minutes walking you are at bus stop Koudenhorn from where line 15 via Haarlem station and Spaarnwoude station goes through the Waarderpolder. With 5 minutes of cycling you are at Haarlem station where trains and buses go to various cities in the area. From this station it is 15 minutes by train to Central Station Amsterdam

Treinen van dit station brengen u o.a. binnen een kwartier naar Centraal Station Amsterdam.
